We, my wife, my two sons and I have a mileage run tomorrow, BWI-DTW-LAX-DTW-BWI same day return. All segments except DTW-LAX upgraded for all of us. Checked in online for the outbound. But when we try to check in online for the return, we get this.
The reservation we located is not available for check-in on nwa.com.
There may have been a flight change since the time the E-Ticket was ssued.
The flight information on the E-Ticket does not match the reservation.

There has been no change in the flight times. I tried checking in using world perks number, confirmation number, as well as E-ticket number. Any idea what might be the cause?
Last week we had a similar mileage run. When I checked in on line, nwa.com showed us as having checked in for the inbound segments as well, but it printed only the outbound boarding cards. When we tried to get our boarding cards at LAX WC, the agent said we weren't checked in. Anyway, we got our FC boarding cards for LAX-DTW redeye and coach boarding cards for DTW-BWI as the last leg had still not been upgraded. So we checked the status at DTW WC. The agent said we weren't checked for the inbound flight at all and that NW had no idea how we got to DTW from LAX.
But the nice lady said she fixed it, and that all four of should have no problem getting upgraded to FC, issued us new coach boarding cards. At the gate we check with the GA. "You aren;t checked in, but I will see what I can do". She managed to get FC boarding cards for my wife and I, but couldn't get the system to print BC's for my two sons, even though there were plenty of FC's open, as "we hadn't checked in". Then she asked us to stand aside while she proceeded to board the flight. AFter every one boarded she tried again. But couldn't even get boarding card of any kind for my younger son. She just gave us two boarding cards for FC with my wife's name and mine, and three other boarding cards, one with my older son's name and FF number, and two others with no name, no seat, but with my older son's record locater on both. SO the younger son was not even on pax manifest.
