Can't add much more than the above... I hate LHR too, but LAX-DFW-FRA-MUC is a bit much... I hate the morning departures required from the west coast to hit any of the Europe flights ex ORD/DFW. I like AA134/136 because I can get a day of work in before leaving for the airport, and a better night sleep on the flight.

It's a shame AA only flies to LHR from LAX. CDG would be nice.
