LAX-DFW-FRA (AA) - MUC (DB-train)
Question is if you live in MUC or a bit outside. I live outside of DUS and would use the train anyways so the rail service ex FRA is great for me, fast and efficient.
BUT: For this you have to fly out early morning from LAX while via LHR the plane leaves late. Considering this, LHR is still more convenient and I use the train per "open segment" anyways
