Hmm, let me try to answer most of the questions. I was thinking, maybe, and I really am up in the air about this, but maybe we would do 1 day going down to SAN, since its not that much of a drive, but again, we have been to SAN before, so its just the time together and the sites. I know we want to hit the castle, neither of us are wine drinkers, so we will see Napa, but we don't need to drink there. :-) I am sure we will do a hike or 2, but nothing thats a full days hike or the like, only 2-3 hour treks...We come in at 11AM on Thurs, and leave at about 2PM I think. And when I say 4 star, I really just want to stay away from places like Holiday Inns and below. A decent 3 star Sheraton or Hyatts fine...but I have just had way too many problems with 2/3 star places that end up ruining a good night with either bugs, horrid room/bed, etc...And as per other activities, we honestly are wide open. We got the fare as a MR, and his bday is right around then. So it's just something we are cobbling together, and I wanted it to be special. :-) So I would say there aren't things that are on our list that we MUST DO, I just don't want to miss somewhere that I would say later "If I would have known about it...I would have gone to..."
