If you want to stay in Reston, there's also the Sheraton on Sunrise Valley in addition to the other options, which is near some chain stuff and Town Center as well as all of the restaurants at Lake Anne. You can also head down Sunrise Valley to the Clocktower shopping center for Thai, Japanese, kebabs, Indian, or Chuck E. Cheese (everyone loves the ball room, right?).
