a few years ago I was flyinig Iceland Air during a solar eclipse. The pilot explained the best way to see things without going blind. It was cool. I don't care if its open or not on any flight I am on. We are in a big world and have to live with compromises when traveling in large numbers, but on this flight it was nice to have that window seat!
