I think what is meant by "business travel" is the higher fare buckets.

UAL's United Boosts Business Fares Up to $100 per Round Trip

May 3 (Bloomberg) -- UAL Corp.'s United Airlines, the world's second-largest carrier, raised round-trip fares most often bought for business travel by as much as $100, citing higher fuel costs.
It's the biggest business-oriented increase at United since 2000, said Jamie Baker, a JPMorgan Chase & Co. analyst, in a report. Chicago-based United also raised other round-trip ticket prices as much as $20.
