As long as you can afford $400/night or more. Just a personal opinion, but I'm not sure it's worth it for just one night, as you would not have time to take advantage of all of the "extras" they offer that push the price so high.

Big Sur Lodge is much more affordable yet still comfortable and offers much more of the ambience of and accesibility to the Big Sur area.

A little further north is the Park Hyatt Highlands Inn - a great place to use Hyatt points if you have them.
