You know its funny. A while ago I heard former Thai prime Minister Mr. Thaksin saying that "thai labour is not as cheap as China, but we have "skilled" labout." And to some extent, I do agree with him. But again, youre right. The only way that cheap labour can be put to good use is if they are under the watchful eye of someone who knows what they're doing.
