A very close friend of mine just accepted their dream position as a business analyst/project manager with a consulting firm. They had been looking for a very long time and were really trying to get to travel. They started three days ago. Today, they learned that they were being "groomed" to do training...with no travel.

What is the best way to deal with this? They confirmed multiple times before starting what their duties would be, but it's not specifically listed in the job acceptance contract they signed.

I thought that the many experienced consutants on this forum might have some feedback....
