I agree wholeheartedly on the overpriced part. When I'm looking for something from the menu, I look for low-fat and a good proportion of vegetables. I skip the appetizers and the desserts and frequently bring my own wine in mini-bottles from the liquor store at home. I can usually find a fish or pasta dish that works for me. I can't say I've ever had a memorable room service meal but they're usually OK.
