Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked standard room, received full suite - two rooms. Bedroom with four poster bed, living room with kitchen and pull down double bed. Two bathrooms one with a shower cubicle the other with a bath.

How are the rooms?

As above review - perfectly adequate.

How is the exec. lounge?

N/A

What was good and what was bad?

+ Welcome gift in room (chocolates and small bottle of sparkling wine)
+ Good room upgrade
+ Great, helpful Staff
- Dated decor

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Good value, but if returning to Vancouver I'd be inclined to also look at the Marriott, Sheraton or Westin which all look far newer.
