Most of the time, ITA is quite accurate, but occasionally I found cheaper fare on other sites.
For example, in March, I wanted to fly SFO to Orlando roundtrip on UA. I checked ITA and United.com. With the exact same flights, dates, times, I saw Unted.com is $50 cheaper than ITA.
