3. Yes, you can wait list for F, and for C. You can also waitlist for different flights, or go standby on earlier flights. I'm not sure of the priority. If day of departure, ask for FFCC priority on your DM card.
Just keep in mind that this applies to awards which are exlusively on UA metal. Otherwise, you will have to keep checking back for availability. Personally, I would try and get the transoceanic segments on LX, SQ, or LH!
