I had the same problem, and I had my Dr. give me an additional copy of the prescription. I opened the box, dumped out the ampules, put the prescription in with them, and they went in their own "liquid medicine" baggie, in addition I had my other baggie with the regular liquids. The prescription seems to be enough for the TSA people.
