Uh, when I'm in a hurry I go to my local grey-box retailer and they sell me an OEM copy of anything I need.

When I'm not in a hurry I buy "Genuine Windows" from eBay. Around 10% are clearly forgeries so they go in the bin.

But it's still the cheapest way to go.
