It has been stated before, but if you are a serious traveler and you value your time vs hassle quota, you really need to look at investing in some Briggs and Riley luggage. No questions asked repair policy. No receipts need to be turned in. No warranty or proof of purchase needs to be applied. Heck, you do not even need to be the original owner. Just turn the luggage into an authorized repair center and they will fix it or turn it in for replacement. If your time is valuable and you do not want to have to bother with taking photos and chasing UA for service, then take this matter into your own hands and get a decent set of luggage.
