Access to/from Nagoya NGO (Central Japan International Airport/Chubu/Centrair) to Nagoya City:

No direct train from NGO to KYOTO, you'll have to change at Nagoya Station.

Edit: I'm assuming you mean NGO/Centrair instead of the old Komaki Airport (Nagoya Airport) served by domestic J-Air flights.
