I recently tried to book a hotel that was featured in a recent Aeroplan e-mail message - the ArabellaSheraton Golf Hotel in Mallorca. Clicking on the link in the Aeroplan e-mail brought me to the hotel booking page on Aeroplan.com, but nothing I entered found this hotel. As one is only allowed to enter the city or the airport (both of which I tried) I gave up.
This is fairly typical of the Aeroplan site - if you know the answer their programmers expected, it can work well. Otherwise, ....
