Whilst I think we'd all agree - to a greater or lesser extent - as to what TG's major issues are right now, I thought it might be interesting for us to share any 'soft touches' which we've enjoyed whilst travelling on competitor airlines which if pigs flew and TG read this forum and listened to us, they could learn from...

The reason why is because yesterday evening I chose to fly CX to Hong Kong from Bangkok. Whilst lamenting my choice (which left me right in the middle of the middle row on a completely full 777 in economy), I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when at the beginning of the flight the person managing the cabin service crew, personally introduced herself to every premium frequent flyer One World customer sitting in economy (I am BA Silver / OW Sapphire). Given that nowadays I barely receive a smile as TG Gold when travelling TG, I thought that this attention to detail - especially on an overbooked flight - was really impressive, especially when my loyalty card is with another airline!

I'm easily pleased huh? I like that kind of thing and was wondering what other things everyone else has to share...
