No diff. if price is the same. Once you have your "ticket" all are the same except for full fare is fully refundable -- the rest you can cancel and use the funds later, but not get money back (unles cancelled within 24 hrs).

On line, you can put in your RR# and system keeps your info and also do On Line Boarding Pass. Also much easier to search different fares/schedules, etc.
