doc attachments are evil, prone to viruses and invariably loose their native formatting when opened on a host computer - assuming the host has compatible software in the first place. I cannot think of anything more sloppy.

I wish BA would overhaul the format of its eticket receipts - ideally providing a receipt that is free from all the present non-specific fluff and containing precise easy to read itinerary information and fare conditions. Then, wouldn't it be great if we could print the darn things without having to run to stockroom to fetch another ream of A4.

If my corporate TA manages to fit all this into a single sheet of A4, surely it is not beyond BA's imagination and means to provide the same.
