Two versions, 'low end' w/out super drive (DVD burner) is $1099 before shipping and tax, or go with super drive model, slightly more but pretty much has everything you listed as normal use.

And should you still insist on Win XP OS, you can always use boot camp, parallels, etc. to set up same.
