On an off post topic -- can anyone help with providing advice on a 'conditional upgrade' from 2P to 1P? I am going to be flying 36k EQM this month (lots of travel for work), and in addition to the 16k EQM I already have, I am going to sail past it with flying colors (I'll never hit 1K though). I tried calling the "Premier" Mileage Plus line and all I got was a lot of ICC miscommunication and fodder.
