Here's the funny part -- the entire E+ cabin is virtually empty! I am still baffled myself at essentially giving me a confirmed upgrade to Hawaii for changing from a fantastic seat to an execllent one. But, hey, I'm willing to help out United whenever I can :-)

Interesting follow-up -- I just looked in my upgrade account and they have already deposited a confirmed regional upgrade. I guess it's not paper afterall (or I am going to wind-up with 2 if they accidentially mail the other).
