I'll let you know how it works out when I hear back from them, but I am NOT accepting some cheap generic piece of luggage they have in the back room & $40-50 won't cut it either. I buy Hartmann because it's built well & lasts a long time. Sigh; hope it goes well. Otherwise it will be a long fight.
