Advanced - Have met Jack and picked up some decent chops from him, but still strive to be more like him. Occasionally, Jack may defer to you for some lesser important gigs

Expert - You are Jack

As for me: 32y/o. In my work, advanced, but find it boring/less challenging as time goes on, so I'm leaving it for something that classifies me as waay novice. As for downhill skiing, I like to think I'm advanced, and can play with the big boys, but I'm probably more intermediate
The important thing to remember is when you see Jack on the plane you do not shout out HI JACK.

I'm 60 and might start training for a marathon. Like some others I know enough to get by pleasantly/happily/comfortably. Can teach you something and always can learn something.

As my sig line use to say "You can learn a lot from one who does it right and even more from one who doesn't.
