I imagine it should be fine, as someone mentioned above that the Kosher meal is actually brought from London on the outbound flight and most likely stays on board the aircraft whilst it's being turned around.
Places with restrictions on food imports are a problem. For example NBO-LHR there is no option for Kosher as Kenya doesnt allow BA to bring in food for a return flight.
Also, there are many places in Europe that can supply BA with Kosher, i do not have experiance with Europe but i do know that from the US for example the Kosher is sourced in the US and is not up to scratch at all. Normally on longhaul however excluding the US, JNB and CPT almost all Kosher originates from London.
