1K who has had UA MP platinum class Chase Visa for over 1 year.

i have only 1 UA MP chase card.

was charged $140 annual fee on april 1, 07.

wrote chase via online support on april 29, 07, mentioning that i'm 1K and would like the fee waived, as was promised when i first acquired the card.

chase wrote back with the following on april 30, 07:

Dear AJC1970:

We confirmed with Mileage Plus that you maintain 1K
Premier status. Therefore, we issued a credit of $140 for
the annual fee. You will see the adjustment on your next
billing statement.
