QF e-ticket receipts
Anyone having a problem with their emailed QF e-ticket receipts not turning up? I have made several bookings and although the "system" says that a receipt will be emailed, nothing turns up (the booking is valid and on the QF web site). Mystery solved by Hotmail..... the receipt email is directed to the junk mail folder. Nothing appears at my work email address, so I presume the server just rejects the email as spam. Is this a common problem - should QF look at the email system they use?
