Oops, wasn't meaning to be disparaging. I like the product.

My point was that from BA's point of view, the seats are a little more expensive that Y seats (initial capital investment), they lose some capacity through 7" extra pitch (and extra width -- that point is apposite). But after that, it's all gravy! There's no additional expense to provide (except a small mileage benefit). Hence, profitable product.
