Why can I book a hotel from May 6-10 but not May 7-10?
I'm trying to book a Springhill Suites in Tarrytown NY for next week. If I use the dates May 6-10 (Sun-Thurs) the hotel comes up in the list but if I change the dates to May 7-10 (Mon-Thurs) the hotel is not available. If I search the hotel for each individual night only May 6th is available. It doesn't matter if I'm signed in or not.

Is there anyway to book just May 7-10? I fell from Plat to Gold this year.
