Bump....will be staying here as a Diamond on an ALON (2 rooms) in a couple of weeks and was wondering once again if anyone has had more recent experience with the upgrade/NOR1 situation.

My GLONP2 award stay is in July -- for my wedding anniversary, and this also will be the kids' first trip to HI. Two more stays to diamond for me (that'll be done in three weeks or less) but no upgrade offer yet, and my room is listed as "accessible" (which has me concerned because the other handicap-accessible rooms in which I've stayed lack bath counterspace). So it seems like I'm going to have to beat my own drum to get some peace of mind about an upgrade at the Waikoloa.
