Is there a Super Elite hotel benefit during weather delays?

According to the thread below (see post 11), UA will provide its equivalent of AC Super Elite members (1K) overnight accomodation, meals and transportation if their flight is cancelled due to weather. They also extend this benefit to Star Gold if the travel is part of an international itinerary (I wonder if Canada is considered "international" in this case).

As we know, airlines do not normally offer any kind of compensation for weather-related delays. Does AC have a similar policy as UA for their SE?
