My understanding (perhaps flawed) is that the Marco Polo Club is separate from Asia Miles and that you can earn Marco Polo status without having your mileage credited to Asia Miles. Is this correct?
Does this mean that for the above itinerary you could get top tier status in the Marco Polo Club (just), top tier status in Canadian and the 180000 CanadianPlus miles?
Also does MPC run by calendar year or membership year?
