The seating is comparable to US first class with a 2+2 layout. The seats have footrests and are quite comfortable, but recline and pitch are not impressive, although quite adequate for a 3 to 4 hour flight. IFE consists of bulkhead screens. Best viewed from rows 2 and 3, with the other rows being too close and too far respectively. Since the IFE doesn't really amount to much, that need not be a major consideration. My experience is limited to NBO-JNB morning flights, on which a hot breakfast is served. The options are savory and sweet. Not bad, by airline standards. After the tea/coffee service the cabin staff tend to disappear, but do respond immediately if the call button is pressed.
