If you had a bad stay you should email and ask the email to be forwarded to the Hilton Guest Assistance department. My complaints have always been resolved satisfactory. It might help that I ALWAYS write what I feel is appropriate compensation for the service failures. Last time I didn't get a reply but 10K points just appeared on my HHonors account. Satisfactory enough for me.
