The bedspread and bed linens in your hotel are laundered items.
The towels in your hotel are laundered.
The robe and/or yukata in your hotel or spa are laundered.

It's not exactly like they are asking you to reuse underwear or a swimsuit.
Also, I would imagine that most do not "get naked" before slipping into the cabinwear/pj's.

Everything comes in sealed plastic bags.

I'm not saying that SQ should do it this way, but there just isn't not big "Yuk factor." Alt least not for me.
