Yeah, I can imagine that in the US if that happened and the FA complained to the airline, the airline would of course need to take action. Not that there's a lot that you can really do to a de-planing passenger, though.

True enough... Although it's orders of magnitude apart, this reminds me of a story I read a few years ago when a woman in the middle seat of a Korean Air flight awoke to find the passenger next to her doing much worse than kissing her!
