I think there is a really important conversation developing here (Started by Punki in the midst of another topic) and I placed my response there http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...74#post7654974 but really think maybe the whole topic belongs over here too.

Is it possible for all of us to work together to shape what FT will be after you retire/move on/become a regular poster. So we have a say in shaping that and not just having it handed to us by IB? Not that they wont do a phenomenal job but we all have a stake in this.

Would you consider a strategic planning process starting? I for one would love to be part of it!!!!
