Congratulations Clarence.....it was right under your nose all this time.

Cattlemens in Washoe Valley is no longer. Steak House at Western Village has declined. Ruby River......no way! Outback....the OP asked a serious question. Peppermill Steak House accepts Entertainment card. I'm a regular patron of Bricks and would never order a steak. You go to a Basque place for the ambiance and fun experience, not to eat a USDA inspected strip steak. Circus Circus....I wouldn't walk in the place, but have heard their steak house is a fair value. I'm guessing the Peppermill with Entertainment card is the best choice for OP.

Clarence gave the correct answer twice. Reno is not known as a place for great steaks. It's easy to forget that Harrahs is still there and it is normally a fine experience.
