I have no idea what's going wrong in your case, however the whole transfer took me 2 or 3 days. Maybe it's the QF connection? Is your BAEC card registered in the UK or the US? The seem to have seperate customer support, and it seems to take a long time to transfer messages between them if you contact the wrong one.
