Typical Response Time to Complaints?
Hi All - Can anyone tell me what the typical response time is to complaints? I emailed the gold desk a week ago and was just curious how long I should expect to wait for a resolution?
In fairness, they contacted me shortly after my initial email to tell me that my concerns had been forwarded to the individual hotels. Is this normal?
How long should I wait before contacting the gold desk again?
