I booked a flight JFK-LHR-TLV-LHR-JFK on BA

Will I get AA miles for the LHR-TLV-LHR legs even though my travel begins and ends in the US?
Also is there a way to slavage the miles of the US legs on other OW airlines or such? I believe my fare basis is S.
