Yes, US deserved the Freddie for the Bonus category - what a giveaway!! Perhaps they'd be so kind as to let us all know if there'd be a repeat this year, so I can do less MRs

It's fairly comforting to see that US is ranked - not high, but in the rankings. Just think how some other airlines, which appear to be the darlings on this forum, have fared. Two of 'em are not even ranked, and the other is just above US in one category, and below US in several others.

Look, it's just a poll and we should all read it with a grain of salt. I think the point to be made here is that US is not the "devil incarnate" as some portray it to be, nor are the darling other airlines so much better than US.
