I was on a flight from FRA to SFO where the screen wouldnt come down in the rear section of the plane. The FA's handed out cards offering a choice between a $75 voucher of 1000 miles. I chose the miles since I've found vouchers useless in the past but was credited 5000 rather than 1000. It was taken care of within a couple weeks of the flight.
