Tell me about it, just booked an award COS-MSN ticket for 3 weeks from now (since the stupid price went up from about $150 on Northwest to $290, and even up to $470 on UA - so I guess my fault for waiting)...and apparently the plane is completely full on 2 of my 5 legs - so I'm confirmed on flights that are full? =P
