I was told that this changes every 30 mins from one queue to another. I inquired why everyone was not made to do it and was told that this would cause and unacceptable delay.

We started in one shoe on queue and it changed when we got to the front.

What I want to know is why has nobody actually put a shoe horn (attach it to the wall if they fear that it would be stolen) to assist people. I suppose that is quite beyond the wit of the BAA.
