What booking inventory are you using? If it's D or J, don't forget about the chance to upgrade to first if flying via LHR. Also, LHR always wins for me when it comes to European connections, as there are morning flights there, and I hate sleeping on planes.
And WRT the BA 767s, I believe there are two configurations, the intra-European one (same crappy business class as the A320), and the intercontinental one, with CW lie-flats (IIRC, this is the aircraft used on JFK-MAN and BWI-LON). I assume since a 777 is the alternative, that it is the long-range version, seeing as the BA website refers to my faux booking categories by their int'l names.
