SN is not a OneWorld member but rather a partner, so you can still get the points. In any case, I would rather take the boat from BRU to TLV than one of their airbuses. While it's not worth paying for J (they strip the middle seat off a three-seat row, welcome to business class), it's even less worth mentioning how much of a sardine you feel in their airbus. Done it twice. Hated it.
At least it's better than KL, which doesn't even strip the middle seat in their European business class!
